Welcome to Monarch City RP ("Monarch," "we," "our," or "the community"). These Terms govern your use of our roleplay server, website, and community spaces. By using these services, you agree to follow these Terms and the applicable community rules.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By connecting to the server, visiting this website, or participating in our community channels, you agree to these Terms, our published rules, and applicable platform policies. If you disagree, discontinue use.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must meet the minimum age requirements of the platforms you use and any additional requirements published by Monarch. You are responsible for keeping your accounts secure. Do not impersonate others or use another person's account without permission.

3. Community Conduct and Roleplay

Members must act respectfully and follow the current server rules. Prohibited conduct includes:

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized tools.
• Harassment, threats, hate speech, doxxing, or discriminatory conduct.
• Metagaming, powergaming, or other rule-breaking roleplay.
• Impersonating staff or interfering with server operations.
• Sharing private or unlawful content without authorization.

In-character conflict is not permission for real-world harassment or threats. Safety and applicable platform rules take priority over fictional scenarios.

4. Server Availability and Development

The server may be updated, restarted, temporarily unavailable, wiped, or changed for maintenance, security, balancing, or development. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or permanent retention of characters, items, progress, or game data.

5. Virtual Items and Progress

In-game money, items, vehicles, roles, properties, and progress are part of a fictional experience and have no guaranteed real-world value. They may be changed or removed as needed for server operations. Any paid features, if offered, must comply with applicable platform policies and laws.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

Staff may investigate reports and take action for rule violations, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or bans. Use official support channels to appeal decisions where available.

7. Third-Party Services and Trademarks

Our services may rely on FiveM/Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Discord, and hosting providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. Their trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Monarch City RP is an independent community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Users must follow applicable platform policies, including the Rockstar roleplay server policies.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that services will be error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the community changes. The latest version and review date will be posted on this page.

FiveM/Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, Discord, website hosting, and other providers may independently process information under their own privacy policies. This policy does not control their practices.
